person or organisation having the care of my cats and dogs so much of the income from the trust fund as is necessary to pay for their food veterinary care and other expenses any surplus income to be accumulated
(iii) my trustees shall have the power to resort to capital if the income in any year is inadequate to pay all the said expenses and for the avoidance of doubt I declare that the term other expenses shall include payment of up to three weeks’ boarding kennel fees in any calendar year to enable the carer to go on holiday
(iv) from and after the death of the last surviving cat or dog my trustees shall hold the trust fund both capital and income for such of my children as are then living and if more than one in equal shares
7.I desire to be buried with my late wife in grave number 1234 at
