3. If my wife survives me by 28 days then subject to
payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give everything I own to her absolutely provided that if she shall fail to survive me by 28 days or the gift to her shall fail for any other reason the following clauses shall then apply
4. I give everything I own at my death to my trustees upon the following trusts
(a) to pay my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and any tax due as a result of my death
(b) to divide my residuary estate between such of my children as are living at my death and if more than one in equal shares
(c) in the event of any of my children dying before me leaving a child or children alive at my death then such child or children shall take in equal shares the share that his / her or their parent would have taken if he or she had survived me
5.I wish to be buried after a service in my local church and request
that the hymn ‘How great thou art’ be sung
