THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me

  1. I hereby revoke all former wills made by me
  2.   5. I give all the remainder of my estate both real and personal wheresoever’s and whatsoever to my trustees to collect in and to hold upon trust
    (a) to pay my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the legacies set out in clause 4 hereof (b) to pay my residuary estate to the ABC charity of registered charity no and I direct that the receipt of the treasurer or other duly authorised officer thereof shall be a good discharge to my trustees
  6. I direct that in the event of the said ABC having ceased to exist at the time of my death or having changed its name or amalgamated with some other organisation my trustees shall pay my residuary estate to such organisation as they in their absolute discretion consider most nearly represents the aims of the said ABC charity which I intended to benefit
  7. I wish my burial to be a grand affair with a horse drawn hearse and a piper to play a lament as my coffin is lowered IN WITNESS etc.
